It programs up to 9,000 channels or 500 trunked systems in dynamic memory. Its GPS support gives location-based scanning, location alerts, and crows-flight navigation with a compatible GPS unit.

In addition, Fire Tone-Out Alerts when fire pages are issued and band Scope gives a graphic representation of signal activity.
