At 101Phones, we understand the need for our customers to receive their order as soon as possible. All orders that are placed by 4PM Eastern Time will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 4PM will ship out the next business day. If there are any problems with your order (incorrect billing information, modifying orders, etc.) your order may not be shipped out the same day.
*Free Ground Shipping is not available for Hawaii and Alaska. Please note that delivery time is subject to the ability of our couriers (UPS, FedEx, and USPS) to fulfill their delivery schedule. 101Phones is not liable for packages that weren't delivered on time because of mishaps by our couriers.
