A built-in speaker phone and headset jack allows hands-free use while the conferencing feature lets you communicate with up to 3 participants. Distinct ring tones and separate volume controls for each line provide easy recognition when not next to the phone.

The caller ID with call waiting feature lets you see who is calling even when already on the line. The 972 LCD display shows caller ID information for both lines at the same time. Other features include 99 number caller ID history, 18 speed dial presets, display-and-dial, message waiting indicator, English and Spanish language options, a line status indicator, programmable pause, and redial.
