We were really in a fix trying to choose a new phone for our home office until a friend at church recommended this Panasonic. We needed something we could add to, and we’ve already used that feature for a new employee. Love the text-to-speech function that we didn’t know we were getting.

Our parents got us this unit for Christmas because of the digital answering machine so they could leave messages for the kids. While we have enjoyed the phone, we are especially enjoying the clearer connections. We thought we had to live with bad service out here in the country but guess it was our old phone. We now plan on added the expansion so we can keep a phone in the workshop also.

I am a freelancer and bought this phone for my business line. I wanted the text-to-speech and answering machine. However, I deal with businesses around the globe and just love the ability to turn off the handset ringer when I need to focus or visiting with someone in my office. Plus, the TSP function works better than I expected. Good buy!
